What’s included
Can I change my business to King Clean?
Yes. Many owners convert existing exterior cleaning companies into King Clean to leverage our brand, systems, training, and marketing. We’ll plan a step-by-step transition (rebrand, pricing, SOPs, CRM, and ads). Within a few months, you’ll fully integrate into King Clean standards and operate exclusively inside your protected territory.
How is King Clean different from other franchises?
We’re a pressure-washing/exterior-cleaning + holiday-lights brand that prioritizes profitability (not just revenue), backed by marketing experience across thousands of pressure washing businesses. You get a fun, homeowner-loved brand, a proven roadmap (pricing, memberships, hiring, training, upsells, lights), and heavily discounted rates on things look Facebook ads, bookkeeping, call centers, products/materials & more!
Is a franchise right for me?
If you want a playbook, coaching, and a community to accelerate execution, yes. You’ll still work hard, but King Clean’s systems, coaching, vendor deals, marketing support, and automation meaningfully improve your odds of building a profitable business you actually enjoy running.
What services do King Clean franchisees offer?
Core exterior cleaning (pressure/soft wash), house/roof/gutter/window cleaning, and holiday lights (design, install, takedown, storage). You can focus on your highest-margin mix; we provide pricing matrices, SOPs, and upsell paths to maximize profit per customer.
What are the startup costs and what do they include?
Investment varies by market and setup. Considering vehicles/rigs, equipment and chemicals, wraps/uniforms, insurance, training/travel, tech stack, and initial marketing/working capital, cost can be anywhere from $56,000-$138,000. We’ll walk you through a detailed Item 7–style budget during discovery so you know exactly what’s needed.
How much space do I need for my branch?
You can start home-based with a storage unit or small warehouse (~100–2,000 sq ft) for rigs, ladders, reels, lights inventory, and chemical storage. We’ll review your plan and advise on layout and safety.
How long does it take to launch?
Most owners launch in ~6–12 weeks after signing—timing depends on vehicle/wrap lead times, training completion, CRM/website go-live, and recruiting. Our team runs a tight pre-opening checklist to hit your target date.
Can I own more than one territory?
Yes. We support multi-territory operators and offer preferred pricing for additional territories committed up front (subject to approval and performance).
How many employees are needed to operate the business?
You can start as a solo operator, but plan to quickly expand into a team of 2–4 people including field techs and an office manager. As you grow, layer in sales/admin per our staffing roadmap to keep utilization high and overhead lean.
What are the next steps if I’m interested?
Book an introduction call. We’ll answer questions, review your market with a territory analysis, outline startup costs and timelines, and confirm mutual fit. If approved, you’ll continue through our process.
